Heritage Properties, Inc. was established more than 25 years ago as The Highland Village Company, a multifamily and commercial property manager. In 1982, we became Heritage Properties, Inc. and have since grown into a full-service real estate company to meet the changing needs of our clients.

Our professional real-estate management services now include construction, property management, leasing and sales.

Our Property Management Division relies upon our highly qualified, professional resident managers and leasing agents. Our management team is supervised by a Certified Property Manager, and together have more than one hundred years combined experience in the property management industry. This division currently manages over 11,000 units across the Southeast United States and continues to grow through existing client acquisitions and construction.
